E-sign all documents – Though some real estate companies have already been e-signing documents, it is now more important than ever.  It allows for the signing time sensitive documents, such as closing agreements and offer letters, effortlessly and securely. In addition, online notaries are gaining popularity for documents that need notarization.      

Be more descriptive in your listing– Having to sell a home virtually can hide some details and hidden gems in the home.  Be very description in the listing and paint a vivid picture of the home, making note of all the key upgrades and features that may not be evident in a video.  These details can be the influencing factors in an offering being made.
