Meet David Palacio: David was born and raised in Medellin, Colombia. David studied Business Administration. After a few years working in the field, he decided to move to the United States in 1999. David moved to New York City where the fast-paced lifestyle introduced him to the real estate business, few years later he made the move to the Sunshine State. David continued his career in the real estate field working as a title processor for a law firm in Miami, FL. He handled closings for residential properties which opened the door to many contacts in the real estate field. Working in the industry leads David to obtain his real estate license and he became an agent in 2011. David’s extensive experience in real estate along with his knowledge of the current market has allowed him to help many buyers and sellers. David joined the Elites Sales Group of Coconut Grove, FL  "TEAM ELITE"  where he can grow his profession and help others realize their dreams of owning a home. It is inevitable that David will continue his position as a top agent in the firm.
